Background
A subsidiary of the American group Masonite, the Premdor France group, a key player in France in the manufacture of wood and metal doors for the building construction industry, had to strengthen its industrial and commercial competitiveness in a difficult market climate.
Our contribution
By acquiring and recapitalizing Premdor France, now Keyor, Perceva gave the group the financial and operational means to secure a position as leader, through relaunching investment in production, redeploying the products portfolio, and revitalizing marketing and sales.
