An Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (living heritage company) present in the sector of fine cuisine since 1682 (at the Court of Versailles), member of the Comité Colbert, the maison Dalloyau is one of the rare maisons de gastronomie that has maintained total control of its production. In order to pursue its development policy successfully initiated in Asia, the maison Dalloyau was looking for equity to strengthen its balance sheet.
